Economic crimes are growing rapidly in Denmark and other countries. This is a result of an increase in web-crimes, but it is also a result of an increase in international cross-border economic crimes. Finally, there has emerged a number of cases regarding fraud with taxes and fees as a consequence of the Danish tax authorities’ poor control and investigation of these kind of cases through many years.
