Visits for prisoners
Relatives have a right to visit the charged individual in prison or in custody, and the law firm is happy to help setting visits in motion.
Often, the visits are held with letter- and visitation control, which involves that a police officer observes the visit. It also involves that meetings usually only are allowed to last for half an hour or an hour. The law firm is always able to provide advice regarding the execution of these kinds of visits. Sometimes, the law firm might also be able to help extending the duration of the visits or even have the letter- and visitation control abolished entirely.
